21:19
وَلَهُۥمَنفِىٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضِوَمَنْعِندَهُۥلَايَسْتَكْبِرُونَعَنْعِبَادَتِهِۦوَلَايَسْتَحْسِرُونَ ١٩

Saheeh International

To Him belongs whoever is in the heavens and the earth. And those near Him are not prevented by arrogance from His worship, nor do they tire.

Tafseer 'Qasim Hamidan Da's' (AR)

(وَلَهُ) الواو عاطفة (لَهُ) متعلقان بخبر مقدم (مَنْ) اسم موصول مبتدأ مؤخر (فِي السَّماواتِ) متعلقان بمحذوف صلة (وَالْأَرْضِ) معطوف (وَمَنْ) الواو عاطفة (مَنْ) اسم موصول معطوف على من في السموات (عِنْدَهُ) ظرف مكان متعلق بمحذوف صلة والهاء مضاف إليه (لا) نافية (يَسْتَكْبِرُونَ) مضارع وفاعله والجملة حالية (عَنْ عِبادَتِهِ) متعلقان بيستكبرون والهاء مضاف إليه (وَلا) الواو عاطفة لا نافية (يَسْتَحْسِرُونَ) مضارع وفاعله والجملة معطوفة
