كُلُوا۟مِنطَيِّبَٰتِمَارَزَقْنَٰكُمْوَلَاتَطْغَوْا۟فِيهِفَيَحِلَّعَلَيْكُمْغَضَبِىوَمَنيَحْلِلْعَلَيْهِغَضَبِىفَقَدْهَوَىٰ ٨١

Saheeh International

[Saying], "Eat from the good things with which We have provided you and do not transgress [or oppress others] therein, lest My anger should descend upon you. And he upon whom My anger descends has certainly fallen."

Tafseer 'Ibn Kathir' (AR)

قال تعالى "كلوا من طيبات ما رزقناكم ولا تطغوا فيه فيحل عليكم غضبي" أي كلوا من هذا الرزق الذي رزقتكم ولا تطغوا في رزقي فتأخذوه من غير حاجة وتخالفوا ما أمرتكم به فيحل عليكم غضبي أي أغضب عليكم ومن يحلل عليه غضبي فقد هوى قال علي بن أبي طلحة عن ابن عباس أي فقد شقي وقال شفي بن مانع إن في جهنم قصرا يرمى الكافر من أعلاه فيهوي في جهنم أربعين خريفا قبل أن يبلغ الصلصال وذلك قوله ومن يحلل عليه غضبي فقد هوى" رواه ابن أبي حاتم.
