جَنَّٰتُعَدْنٍتَجْرِىمِنتَحْتِهَاٱلْأَنْهَٰرُخَٰلِدِينَفِيهَاوَذَٰلِكَجَزَآءُمَنتَزَكَّىٰ ٧٦

Saheeh International

Gardens of perpetual residence beneath which rivers flow, wherein they abide eternally. And that is the reward of one who purifies himself.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Kemenag RI' (IN)

(76) Pada ayat ini, Allah menjelaskan bahwa yang dimaksud dengan tempat yang tinggi dan mulia ialah Jannatu 'Adn yaitu surga tempat menetap. Di surga mengalir sungai-sungai, isinya antara lain khamar, madu, susu dan air, penghuninya kekal di dalamnya. Yang demikian itu adalah balasan bagi orang-orang yang bersih dari kekafiran dan kemaksiatan. Alangkah beruntungnya mereka sebagaimana firman Allah: Sungguh beruntung orang yang menyucikan diri (dengan beriman). (al-A'la/87: 14)
