وَلَوْلَاكَلِمَةٌسَبَقَتْمِنرَّبِّكَلَكَانَلِزَامًاوَأَجَلٌمُّسَمًّى ١٢٩

Saheeh International

And if not for a word that preceded from your Lord, punishment would have been an obligation [due immediately], and [if not for] a specified term [decreed].

Tafseer 'Qasim Hamidan Da's' (AR)

(وَلَوْ لا) الواو استئنافية لولا شرطية غير جازمة (كَلِمَةٌ) مبتدأ خبره محذوف وجوبا تقديره موجودة (سَبَقَتْ) الجملة صفة لكلمة (مِنْ رَبِّكَ) متعلقان بسبقت (لَكانَ) اللام واقعة في جواب لولا وكان الناقصة واسمها ضمير مستتر (لِزاماً) خبر كان (وَأَجَلٌ) الواو عاطفة وأجل معطوف على كلمة (مُسَمًّى) صفة أجل مرفوع بالضمة المقدرة وجملة لكان جواب لولا لا محل لها وجملة (لَوْ لا).. إلخ مستأنفة.
