ٱلَّذِينَضَلَّسَعْيُهُمْفِىٱلْحَيَوٰةِٱلدُّنْيَاوَهُمْيَحْسَبُونَأَنَّهُمْيُحْسِنُونَصُنْعًا ١٠٤
Saheeh International
[They are] those whose effort is lost in worldly life, while they think that they are doing well in work."

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ibn Kathir' (IN)
Firman Allah Swt.:
Yaitu orang-orang yang telah sia-sia perbuatannya dalam kehidupan dunia ini
Karena amal-amal mereka batil, bukan pada jalan yang diperintahkan oleh syariat, yakni tidak diridai dan tidak diterima.
Firman Allah Swt.:
...sedangkan mereka menyangka bahwa mereka berbuat sebaik-baiknya.
Yakni mereka mengira bahwa dirinya berpegang pada sesuatu dan bahwa amal mereka diterima lagi disukai.
