17:94
وَمَامَنَعَٱلنَّاسَأَنيُؤْمِنُوٓا۟إِذْجَآءَهُمُٱلْهُدَىٰٓإِلَّآأَنقَالُوٓا۟أَبَعَثَٱللَّهُبَشَرًارَّسُولًا ٩٤

Saheeh International

And what prevented the people from believing when guidance came to them except that they said, "Has Allah sent a human messenger?"

Tafseer 'Qasim Hamidan Da's' (AR)

(وَما) الواو استئنافية وما نافية (مَنَعَ) ماض مبني على الفتح والجملة مستأنفة (النَّاسَ) مفعول به أول (أَنْ يُؤْمِنُوا) أن ناصبة ومضارع منصوب بأن بحذف النون وأن وما بعدها في تأويل مصدر مفعول به ثان لمنع (إِذْ) ظرف زمان متعلق بمنع (جاءَهُمُ الْهُدى) ماض ومفعوله المقدم وفاعله المؤخر المرفوع بالضمة المقدرة على الألف للتعذر والجملة مضاف إليه (إِلَّا) أداة حصر (أَنْ) مصدرية (قالُوا) ماض وفاعله وأن وما بعدها في محل رفع فاعل منع المؤخر والتقدير إلا قولهم (أَبَعَثَ اللَّهُ) الهمزة للاستفهام وماض ولفظ الجلالة فاعله والجملة مقول القول (بَشَراً) مفعول به (رَسُولًا) صفة
