17:13
وَكُلَّإِنسَٰنٍأَلْزَمْنَٰهُطَٰٓئِرَهُۥفِىعُنُقِهِۦوَنُخْرِجُلَهُۥيَوْمَٱلْقِيَٰمَةِكِتَٰبًايَلْقَىٰهُمَنشُورًا ١٣

Saheeh International

And [for] every person We have imposed his fate upon his neck, and We will produce for him on the Day of Resurrection a record which he will encounter spread open.

Tafseer 'Qasim Hamidan Da's' (AR)

(وَكُلَّ إِنسانٍ أَلْزَمْناهُ) معطوفة على ما سبق وإعرابها كإعرابها (طائِرَهُ) مفعول به ثان والهاء مضاف إليه (فِي عُنُقِهِ) متعلقان بألزمناه والهاء مضاف إليه (وَنُخْرِجُ) الواو عاطفة ومضارع مرفوع فاعله نحن (لَهُ) متعلقان بنخرج (يَوْمَ) ظرف زمان متعلق بنخرج (الْقِيامَةِ) مضاف إليه (كِتاباً) مفعول به ثان (يَلْقاهُ) مضارع ومفعوله وفاعله مستتر والجملة صفة لكتابا (مَنْشُوراً) حال.
