16:101
وَإِذَابَدَّلْنَآءَايَةًمَّكَانَءَايَةٍوَٱللَّهُأَعْلَمُبِمَايُنَزِّلُقَالُوٓا۟إِنَّمَآأَنتَمُفْتَرٍۭبَلْأَكْثَرُهُمْلَايَعْلَمُونَ ١٠١

Saheeh International

And when We substitute a verse in place of a verse - and Allah is most knowing of what He sends down - they say, "You, [O Muhammad], are but an inventor [of lies]." But most of them do not know.

Tafseer 'Tafsir Ahsanul Bayaan' (BN)

[১] একটি বিধান রহিত করার পর অন্য একটি অবতীর্ণ করেন। যার হিকমত, যৌক্তিকতা ও কারণ আল্লাহই জানেন এবং তিনি সেই অনুসারে বিধানের মধ্যে পরিবর্তন আনেন। তা শুনে কাফেররা বলে, হে মুহাম্মাদ! এই বাণী তোমার নিজস্ব রচনা। কারণ আল্লাহ এ রকম রদবদল করতে পারেন না। মহান আল্লাহ বলেন, যাদের অধিকাংশই অজ্ঞ, তারা রহিত করার যুক্তি ও মর্ম কি বুঝবে। (আরো দেখুন সূরা বাক্বারাহ ২:১০৬ নং আয়াতের টীকা।)
