14:32
ٱللَّهُٱلَّذِىخَلَقَٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِوَٱلْأَرْضَوَأَنزَلَمِنَٱلسَّمَآءِمَآءًفَأَخْرَجَبِهِۦمِنَٱلثَّمَرَٰتِرِزْقًالَّكُمْوَسَخَّرَلَكُمُٱلْفُلْكَلِتَجْرِىَفِىٱلْبَحْرِبِأَمْرِهِۦوَسَخَّرَلَكُمُٱلْأَنْهَٰرَ ٣٢

Saheeh International

It is Allah who created the heavens and the earth and sent down rain from the sky and produced thereby some fruits as provision for you and subjected for you the ships to sail through the sea by His command and subjected for you the rivers.

Tafseer 'Qurtubi Tafseer' (AR)

قوله تعالى : الله الذي خلق السماوات والأرض وأنزل من السماء ماء فأخرج به من الثمرات رزقا لكم وسخر لكم الفلك لتجري في البحر بأمره وسخر لكم الأنهار[ ص: 321 ] قوله تعالى : الله الذي خلق السماوات والأرض أي أبدعها واخترعها على غير مثال سبق .وأنزل من السماء أي من السحاب .ماء فأخرج به من الثمرات رزقا لكم أي من الشجر ثمرات رزقا لكم ، " وسخر لكم الفلك لتجري في البحر بأمره " تقدم معناه في ( البقرة )وسخر لكم الأنهار يعني البحار العذبة لتشربوا منها وتسقوا وتزرعوا ، والبحار المالحة لاختلاف المنافع من الجهات .
