أَلَمْتَرَكَيْفَضَرَبَٱللَّهُمَثَلًاكَلِمَةًطَيِّبَةًكَشَجَرَةٍطَيِّبَةٍأَصْلُهَاثَابِتٌوَفَرْعُهَافِىٱلسَّمَآءِ ٢٤

Saheeh International

Have you not considered how Allah presents an example, [making] a good word like a good tree, whose root is firmly fixed and its branches [high] in the sky?

Tafseer 'Qasim Hamidan Da's' (AR)

(أَلَمْ) الهمزة للاستفهام ولم حرف جازم (تَرَ) مضارع مجزوم بحذف حرف العلة والجملة مستأنفة (كَيْفَ) اسم استفهام حال (ضَرَبَ اللَّهُ) ماض ولفظ الجلالة فاعله (مَثَلًا) مفعول به (كَلِمَةً) بدل من مثلا (طَيِّبَةً) صفة لكلمة (كَشَجَرَةٍ طَيِّبَةٍ) متعلقان بصفة ثانية لكلمة وطيبة صفة لشجرة (أَصْلُها ثابِتٌ) مبتدأ وخبر والهاء مضاف إليه والجملة صفة ثانية لشجرة (وَفَرْعُها) مبتدأ والهاء مضاف إليه (فِي السَّماءِ) متعلقان بالخبر المحذوف والجملة معطوفة
