إِلَّامَنرَّحِمَرَبُّكَوَلِذَٰلِكَخَلَقَهُمْوَتَمَّتْكَلِمَةُرَبِّكَلَأَمْلَأَنَّجَهَنَّمَمِنَٱلْجِنَّةِوَٱلنَّاسِأَجْمَعِينَ ١١٩

Saheeh International

Except whom your Lord has given mercy, and for that He created them. But the word of your Lord is to be fulfilled that, "I will surely fill Hell with jinn and men all together."

Tafseer 'Qasim Hamidan Da's' (AR)

(إِلَّا) أداة استثناء (مَنْ) اسم موصول في محل نصب على الاستثناء (رَحِمَ رَبُّكَ) ماض وفاعله والكاف مضاف إليه والجملة صلة (وَلِذلِكَ) الواو استئنافية وذا اسم إشارة في محل جر باللام ومتعلقان بخلقهم (خَلَقَهُمْ) ماض ومفعوله والفاعل مستتر والجملة مستأنفة (وَتَمَّتْ كَلِمَةُ) الواو استئنافية وماض والتاء للتأنيث وكلمة فاعل والجملة مستأنفة (رَبُّكَ) مضاف إليه والكاف مضاف إليه (لَأَمْلَأَنَّ) اللام واقعة في جواب القسم ومضارع مبني على الفتح لاتصاله بنون التوكيد الثقيلة وفاعله مستتر والجملة لا محل لها لأنها جواب القسم (جَهَنَّمَ) مفعول به (مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ) متعلقان بأملأن (وَالنَّاسِ) معطوف على الجنة (أَجْمَعِينَ) توكيد مجرور بالياء
