كَذَٰلِكَ حَقَّتۡ كَلِمَتُ رَبِّكَ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ فَسَقُوٓاۡ أَنَّهُمۡ لَا يُؤۡمِنُونَ٣٣
Saheeh International
Thus the word of your Lord has come into effect upon those who defiantly disobeyed - that they will not believe.
