Surah Al Qamar
Ayah-55, Makkah
54:50
وَمَآ أَمۡرُنَآ إِلَّا وَٰحِدَةٌ كَلَمۡحِۭ بِٱلۡبَصَرِ٥٠
Saheeh International
And Our command is but one, like a glance of the eye.
54:51
وَلَقَدۡ أَهۡلَكۡنَآ أَشۡيَاعَكُمۡ فَهَلۡ مِن مُّدَّكِرٍ٥١
Saheeh International
And We have already destroyed your kinds, so is there any who will remember?
54:52
وَكُلُّ شَىۡءٍ فَعَلُوهُ فِى ٱلزُّبُرِ٥٢
Saheeh International
And everything they did is in written records.
54:53
وَكُلُّ صَغِيرٍ وَكَبِيرٍ مُّسۡتَطَرٌ٥٣
Saheeh International
And every small and great [thing] is inscribed.
54:54
إِنَّ ٱلۡمُتَّقِينَ فِى جَنَّٰتٍ وَنَهَرٍ٥٤
Saheeh International
Indeed, the righteous will be among gardens and rivers,
54:55
فِى مَقۡعَدِ صِدۡقٍ عِندَ مَلِيكٍ مُّقۡتَدِرِۭ٥٥
Saheeh International
In a seat of honor near a Sovereign, Perfect in Ability.
Surah Ar Rahman
Ayah-78, Madinah
55:1
ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنُ١
Saheeh International
The Most Merciful
55:2
عَلَّمَ ٱلۡقُرۡءَانَ٢
Saheeh International
Taught the Qur'an,
55:3
خَلَقَ ٱلۡإِنسَـٰنَ٣
Saheeh International
Created man,
55:4
عَلَّمَهُ ٱلۡبَيَانَ٤
Saheeh International
[And] taught him eloquence.
55:5
ٱلشَّمۡسُ وَٱلۡقَمَرُ بِحُسۡبَانٍ٥
Saheeh International
The sun and the moon [move] by precise calculation,
55:6
وَٱلنَّجۡمُ وَٱلشَّجَرُ يَسۡجُدَانِ٦
Saheeh International
And the stars and trees prostrate.
55:7
وَٱلسَّمَآءَ رَفَعَهَا وَوَضَعَ ٱلۡمِيزَانَ٧
Saheeh International
And the heaven He raised and imposed the balance
55:8
أَلَّا تَطۡغَوۡاۡ فِى ٱلۡمِيزَانِ٨
Saheeh International
That you not transgress within the balance.
55:9
وَأَقِيمُواۡ ٱلۡوَزۡنَ بِٱلۡقِسۡطِ وَلَا تُخۡسِرُواۡ ٱلۡمِيزَانَ٩
Saheeh International
And establish weight in justice and do not make deficient the balance.
55:10
وَٱلۡأَرۡضَ وَضَعَهَا لِلۡأَنَامِ١٠
Saheeh International
And the earth He laid [out] for the creatures.
55:11
فِيهَا فَٰكِهَةٌ وَٱلنَّخۡلُ ذَاتُ ٱلۡأَكۡمَامِ١١
Saheeh International
Therein is fruit and palm trees having sheaths [of dates]
55:12
وَٱلۡحَبُّ ذُو ٱلۡعَصۡفِ وَٱلرَّيۡحَانُ١٢
Saheeh International
And grain having husks and scented plants.
55:13
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ١٣
Saheeh International
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
55:14
خَلَقَ ٱلۡإِنسَٰنَ مِن صَلۡصَٰلٍ كَٱلۡفَخَّارِ١٤
Saheeh International
He created man from clay like [that of] pottery.
55:15
وَخَلَقَ ٱلۡجَآنَّ مِن مَّارِجٍ مِّن نَّارٍ١٥
Saheeh International
And He created the jinn from a smokeless flame of fire.
55:16
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ١٦
Saheeh International
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
55:17
رَبُّ ٱلۡمَشۡرِقَيۡنِ وَرَبُّ ٱلۡمَغۡرِبَيۡنِ١٧
Saheeh International
[He is] Lord of the two sunrises and Lord of the two sunsets.
55:18
فَبِأَىِّ ءَالَآءِ رَبِّكُمَا تُكَذِّبَانِ١٨
Saheeh International
So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny?
