Ayah-77, makkah
25:51
وَلَوۡ شِئۡنَا لَبَعَثۡنَا فِى كُلِّ قَرۡيَةٍ نَّذِيرًا٥١
Saheeh International
And if We had willed, We could have sent into every city a warner.
